Sustainability
Learners sustain knowledge longer and deeper when it addresses a real-world situation. Our executive and team coaching programs focus on the actual challenge confronting the client group. Our proprietary methods guide the client group in analyzing the challenge and assessing constituent factors. The group analysis and practical assessment results in a consensus solution action plan. When the client group returns to the job, they immediately begin implementing a solution! Because they return with a consensus approach, the performance of the client group is greatly improved.Renewability
Re-use is the primary way to make a resource renewable. Our approach to coaching generates a Business Problem Schema that is a logical blueprint for solving a client group challenge. Participants retain the coaching materials, which include the analysis and assessment methodologies, conclusions reached and notes. So when the client group encounters a similar challenge in the future, they simply reuse the coaching materials to solve the new challenge.Reduced Impact on the Environment
Impact on the environment is reduced by demanding fewer resources and demanding them less frequently. Our delivery method is low-tech by design. A flipchart, pencils and paper are all we need. The lack of technical equipment reduces resource demand, minimizes the "lecture" aspect of our delivery and contributes to the "work group" atmosphere of our coaching. The low-tech format means our coaching can be delivered almost anywhere, including the exotic locations of your remote adventures. We integrate team building with classroom coaching so both are accomplished in a single event. We eliminate separate team building activities, so you don't have to book, transport, lodge and feed your employees twice. StreamingStrategies' programs foster career growth and personal growth. Our coaching gives participants new analytic skills which help them develop their careers. Our team building is designed to be meaningful: in itself, in solving the client group challenge, and in improving team dynamics through better bonding.We chose a fly fishing experience for our team building activity because it has an intrinsic interest to professional adults, promotes analysis and tactics, involves participants in the natural environment, and is just plain fun. Client groups receive basic fly casting instruction and a chance to try out that new skill. This fly fishing experience will build camaraderie, fond memories and better appreciation of the need for clean water.
